Job Title HR IT Recruiter Location Sarsol Aligarh Experience 1-2 Years Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and payroll management The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top tech talent while also supporting the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely compensation Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT roles from requirement gathering sourcing screening interviewing to onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals LinkedIn social media referrals and internal databases Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and ATS Applicant Tracking System Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Payroll Assist in the monthly payroll process by collecting and verifying attendance leaves and other compensation components Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement Maintain employee data related to salary deductions bonuses and benefits Handle queries related to payroll salary slips tax deductions etc Ensure compliance with statutory requirements PF ESI Gratuity etc Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1 years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to payroll processing Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle and sourcing strategies Working knowledge of payroll systems tools and basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Chance to work in a fast-growing tech-driven environment Exposure to both HR operations and strategic hiring Collaborative and inclusive work culture Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
