positively influence others You will be part of a truly international team collaborating daily with colleagues in the UK and US In Bangalore you will represent Fast Models and build solid partnerships with local teams such as ATG This is an opportunity to grow into a leadership path shaping the future of ARM s modeling technology RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design development and enhancement of C Fast Models for Arm CPUs and systems ensuring performance accuracy and reliability Collaborate with engineers in Bangalore and globally fostering knowledge sharing joint problem solving and a culture of excellence Represent the Fast Models team within Bangalore working closely with ATG colleagues while partnering with international teams in the UK and US to synchronize deliverables and align on roadmaps Balance innovation with practicality bring fresh ideas while ensuring structure quality and diligent results Promote continuous improvement in testing CI CD automation and documentation REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 8 years of professional experience in CPU IP SoC modeling simulation Strong expertise in modern C C 14 and newer and advanced software engineering practices Solid understanding of computer architecture and microarchitecture fundamentals Demonstrated ability to take initiative make sound decisions and inspire others to achieve shared goals Track record of mentoring and influencing peers with the maturity to clarify goals and delegate effectively NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience working with Arm architecture in CPU SMMU GIC or Fast Models or similar simulation technologies Proficiency in debugging complex software and system-level issues Familiarity with testing frameworks e g GTest GMock Robot Framework Ability to balance being analytical methodical and disciplined with the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift Strong track record of being helpful encouraging of others reliable and broad in outlook qualities that enable both team progress and individual growth Skilled at combining creativity and problem-solving with a focus on accuracy and completeness in deliverables IN RETURN Work as a key bridge between Fast
