Job Title - Service Coordinator Experience - 3-5 years of experience in handling OEM Dealer business preferably in water purification or a related industry Notice period - Immediate joiner 15 days Qualification - Bachelor s degree in any field Location - Lower parel Mumbai Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to OEM Dealer inquiries regarding water purification spares Prepare and send accurate quotations in line with customer requirements Monitor and ensure the availability of spares by coordinating with the Stores team and process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Ensure timely dispatch of spares by closely following up with the Stores Track and maintain records of inquiries quotations stock and dispatches Follow up with Courier services for timely delivery of spares to OEMs Dealers Work cross-functionally to address any delays or operational issues Accurate utilization of CRM and SAP for managing customer interactions tracking inquiries and updating records Skills Proficiency in CRM SAP Knowledge of MS Office MS Office Excel Word Solid communication skills both verbal and written Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
