Job title Placement Coordinator Company- Ridit Learning Private Limited Location 1st Floor Sai sudha complex Puri Canal Road Rudrapur Hanspal Bhubaneswar 752101 Odisha Occasional travel to centers across Pan India abroad for placement purposes CTC 1 2LPA to 3 00LPA Negotiable Qualification GRADUATE Key Responsibilities Maintain complete documentation of students including resumes certificates and other required placement files Coordinate with companies and employers for student placement opportunities Facilitate campus drives interviews and placement activities Guide and accompany students during placement visits across Pan India and abroad if required Build and maintain strong relations with industry professionals and HR teams for placement Ensure timely communication between students and companies regarding placement processes Prepare placement-related reports and maintain student placement records Support students in developing interview skills resume building and career readiness Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback to trainers Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the training process Attend meetings with stakeholders including trainers management and government representatives Prepare and deliver presentations on training progress outcomes and improvements Update the Center Manager on student feedback training progress and any issues Maintain accurate records of student attendance participation and performance Skills and Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline Master s degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel as per placement requirements Pan India abroad Good organizational and documentation skills Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
