About Us Cyber Bee Academy is dedicated to building the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through training mentorship and hands-on learning We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help expand our outreach enrollments and partnerships Role Overview The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities engaging with potential students and partners and driving sales for our academy s programs This role begins with a 2-week training program to equip you with the necessary product and sales knowledge Successful completion of training and proven performance may lead to a permanent role Key Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into enrollments for Cyber Bee Academy programs Build and maintain strong client student relationships Conduct outreach via calls emails and networking platforms Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and training modules Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Passion for sales business development and the ed-tech industry Self-motivated target-oriented and willing to learn Basic knowledge interest in cybersecurity and technology is an advantage Compensation Growth Training Period 2 weeks training evaluation phase Permanent Role Starting salary of 13 000 month upon confirmation Incentives Performance-based increments and sales-linked bonuses Clear growth path based on achievements and consistency Job Type Full time Pay From 13 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
