Job summary We are looking for a Service Engineer Fresher with a BE Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering to join our team This role involves providing technical support installation maintenance troubleshooting and training for our industrial machinery globally You will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing equipment across various industries This position requires frequent international travel to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal machine performance for our customers Responsibilities Installation Commissioning Install and commission machinery ensuring proper setup calibration and testing according to specifications Troubleshooting Repairs Diagnose and fix mechanical electrical and software problems repairing or replacing parts as needed Preventive Maintenance Implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend machine life Technical Support Provide support to customers addressing issues and assisting with programming and software updates Training Documentation Train customer staff on operation and safety and prepare detailed service reports Customer Interaction Build customer relationships and work with the sales team to identify upgrade opportunities Safety Compliance Follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment Required skills and qualifications Educational Background Fresher BE Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering Experience At least 0-1 years of experience as a Service Engineer or Technician in the CNC or manufacturing industry Technical Skills Knowledge of machine systems mechanical components and control systems including the ability to read technical documents Experience with machine tools electrical systems PLCs and diagnostic tools Problem Solving Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve technical issues Communication Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams Customer Service Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills Adaptability Ability to work independently or in a team in an international environment with willingness to travel frequently up to 80 Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft applications Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 200 000 00 - 250 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
