Halo Energy Solutionz a leading solar installation company in Kerala is looking for a Sales and Operations Executive to handle customer calls explain our solar products services and generate leads The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude to convert inquiries into potential sales Female candidates are preferred Sales Customer Interaction Make outbound calls to potential customers explain solar solutions and convert leads into bookings Follow up with interested leads via phone WhatsApp or email Guide customers through the installation process and answer queries regarding pricing procedures and timelines Maintain a positive and skilled attitude toward customers at all times Operations Coordination Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with internal teams and customers Act as a communication bridge between customers and the field installation team Monitor ongoing installation and maintenance jobs and ensure timely completion Handle rescheduling or delays and inform clients accordingly Documentation Admin Verify and manage documentation related to installations billing and maintenance Ensure that customer records invoices and reports are updated and filed properly Assist with preparing basic reports on sales operations and customer feedback Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
