Job Overview As a Junior Accountant Receptionist at Store Name you ll handle basic accounting tasks while also greeting and assisting customers This dual role requires a mix of technical skills in accounting and robust communication abilities for front-line customer service Your role will ensure smooth store operations both behind the scenes and in the customer-facing areas Key Responsibilities Junior Accountant Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices track payments and prepare basic financial reports Handle petty cash and assist in reconciling the store s bank statements Assist in payroll preparation and related financial tasks Support senior accounting staff with month-end and year-end closing procedures Ensure all accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies and legal regulations Receptionist Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store providing a positive and friendly first impression Answer phone calls respond to customer inquiries and direct calls as needed Assist customers with basic product information and store-related queries Manage customer appointments store calendars and event schedules Handle administrative tasks such as filing organizing documents and maintaining office supplies Monitor and maintain store front ensuring cleanliness and orderliness Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent associate s degree in accounting or related field preferred Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices Previous experience in a retail or office environment is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word etc experience with accounting software is a plus Ability to handle cash and basic financial transactions accurately Friendly approachable and customer-focused attitude Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 9 325 08 - 27 144 86 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
