Accountant JD for Arow Hospitality Job Title Accountant Location Corporate Office - Arow Hospitality Jaipur Department Finance Accounts Reporting To Finance Manager Senior Management Employment Type Full-Time About Arow Hospitality Arow Hospitality is a quick-growing name in the hospitality sector known for offering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence We are expanding rapidly and seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team at the corporate level Job Summary The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with taxation laws and supporting monthly quarterly and annual financial closings This role is key to maintaining financial discipline across all units under Arow Hospitality Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts in Tally or relevant accounting software Handle accounts payable and receivable including vendor and client reconciliations Prepare and file GST returns TDS returns and other statutory filings Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Ensure timely closing of books at the end of each month and year Support internal and external audits by providing required documents Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance PF ESI PT etc Monitor bank transactions and perform daily bank reconciliations Prepare financial reports such as P L statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Liaise with hotel units and vendors for invoice processing and financial clarity Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or equivalent M Com CA Inter preferred 3 years of accounting experience preferably in the hospitality or service sector Proficient in Tally ERP MS Excel and accounting principles Sound knowledge of GST TDS and other applicable taxation laws Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Working Days Timings Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM to 7 00 PM subject to operational needs Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
