West Bengal Key Roles Responsibilities in Training Support Classroom Engagement Assist Senior Technical Trainers in conducting robotics and STEM training sessions in schools Deliver fundamental-level workshops on Robotics AI and Coding for school students Simplify basic technical concepts for younger learners and engage them in hands-on activities Monitor student participation and assist them in understanding technical exercises Technical Skills Hands-on Learning Junior trainers will focus on one or more of the following technical areas based on their expertise Basic Robotics Electronics - Understanding simple circuits sensors and motors Programming Fundamentals - Introducing block-based coding Scratch and basic Python Arduino programming 3D Designing Prototyping - Introduction to CAD tools and simple robotic designs Artificial Intelligence IoT Basics -
