We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our design team The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the textile and home furnishings industry with a strong portfolio of work in fabric design patterns and product styling You will be involved in conceptualizing designing and developing textile patterns and furnishing collections aligned with the brand s aesthetic and seasonal trends Key Responsibilities Design and develop fabric prints weaves and textures for home furnishings Create mood boards color palettes and seasonal design concepts Translate design briefs into innovative and commercial product collections Collaborate with product development production and merchandising teams Conduct market research and trend forecasting to stay updated with current styles Oversee sampling prototyping and final product reviews Ensure designs meet aesthetic quality and cost standards Maintain design documentation and tech packs Requirements Bachelor s degree in Textile Design Fashion Design or related field 2-3 years of experience in the textile or home furnishings industry Strong understanding of fabric types weaving techniques printing methods and surface ornamentation Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator and CAD tools Excellent sketching and visualization skills Knowledge of current market trends colors and consumer preferences Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics and innovation Job Type Full time Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
