Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor with 2-3 years of experience in the education sector The role involves managing walk-in inquiries conducting engaging school tours and effectively communicating with prospective parents and students to drive admissions Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about academic programs campus facilities admission process and fee structure Conduct personalized school tours and presentations to highlight key features and value propositions Understand the needs and concerns of parents students and offer appropriate guidance and counseling Follow up with leads through calls emails and in-person meetings to ensure timely closure of inquiries Maintain and update inquiry records follow-up schedules and admission status reports Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission experience for prospective students Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs Represent the school at events open houses and other outreach programs when required Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline background in education or counseling preferred 2-3 years of experience in admissions counseling or a related role within the education sector Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Ability to build rapport quickly and address concerns with confidence and clarity Professional appearance and a pleasant personality Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Application Question s Do you have experience in Educational Sector Are you okay with Warangal Telangana location Experience Admission Counselor 2 years Required working with students 2 years Required Work Location In person
