Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Coordination Develop project plans schedules and budgets for PEB steel structure projects Coordinate with design procurement and construction teams Liaise with clients consultants contractors and vendors Monitor progress to ensure timely execution within scope and cost 2 Design Engineering Oversight Coordinate with structural design and detailing teams Ensure compliance with technical specifications standards and client requirements Review and approve drawings fabrication schedules and BOQs 3 Procurement Resource Management Plan and manage procurement of steel components sheeting fasteners and accessories Coordinate with vendors and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials Optimize manpower machinery and other on-site resources 4 Site Execution Supervision Supervise erection of PEB steel structures in office Monitor site safety quality control and progress Resolve site issues delays and technical problems in real-time 5 Cost Quality Management Control project costs and prevent overruns Ensure quality standards and adherence to company client specifications Conduct periodic audits and inspections 6 Documentation Reporting Maintain project documentation such as work schedules progress reports and quality checks Generate reports for internal management and client review Ensure compliance with contractual terms and statutory regulations 7 Risk Change Management Identify risks and develop mitigation plans Manage change requests in scope design or timeline Ensure minimal disruption to overall project schedule 8 Client Relationship Handover Serve as the main point of contact for clients Provide regular updates address concerns and ensure client satisfaction Lead the final inspection and project handover process Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Raipur Raipur Chhattisgarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
