Customer Project Manager 3 This role needs to work in nightshift Required Skills Must Have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role o 10 years of project management experience in comparable industries o Experience in managing IT Infra projects o Experience in end-to-end project management of complex projects spanning for more than a year o Handled tracks workstreams projects independently as part of large programs portfolios o Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues o Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial resource and material requirements o Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint o Ability to work during weekends if required for maintenance migration activities handling escalations etc Desired Skills Positive to have as value add to this role o Agile project management o Telcom Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred o Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software o Experience in contract Change Management process o Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged o Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project Jira Rally Education Additional Certification s o Certifications PMP Preferred not mandatory CSM Preferred not mandatory o Education College University degree or equivalent
