We are looking for a passionate and proactive Program Advisor who is fluent in Kannada to join our agile team The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding and supporting program participants ensuring smooth implementation and success of our initiatives particularly in Kannada-speaking regions Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants partners and stakeholders Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants in Kannada ensuring clear understanding of program goals and expectations Conduct outreach and orientation sessions in Kannada Monitor participant progress and provide feedback and escalation support as needed Assist in developing and translating program materials presentations and documentation into Kannada Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports on program outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure culturally appropriate and linguistically accessible delivery Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
