Job Title Branch Manager Location Vellara Junction Richmond town Job Type Full-Time Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM to 7 00 PM 6 Days Working Experience 3-5 years Language Fluent English Kannada Job Summary The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations driving branch sales leading the team and ensuring compliance with operational procedures The role demands strategic oversight of gold purchasing activities maintaining inventory accuracy and delivering excellent customer service Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Management Supervise the end-to-end sales process from customer greeting to deal closure Track daily sales performance and ensure branch targets are consistently met Monitor stock levels manage replenishments and address aged or dead stock Prepare and submit daily weekly sales transaction and inventory reports 2 Customer Engagement Negotiation Utilize strong negotiation skills during gold valuation discussions to enhance profitability Address and resolve customer grievances promptly and professionally 3 Operations Compliance Ensure adherence to SOPs security guidelines and transaction accuracy Conduct regular audits and ensure smooth functioning of weighing scales and POS systems Qualifications Experience Education Graduate preferably in Business Commerce or related field Experience 3-5 years in gold buying jewellery retail or precious metal trading Languages Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory Key Skills Strong leadership and people management Proficient in negotiation and customer service Analytical and detail-oriented with robust reporting capabilities Knowledge of retail SOPs security measures and transaction handling Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
