Key Responsibilities Operate and set up CNC machines Mazak Makino with Fanuc and Siemens controls Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and work instructions Load raw materials and ensure proper clamping and alignment Select and install appropriate tools fixtures and programs Perform tool offset program editing and minor adjustments for optimal machining Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments micrometers calipers CMM etc Maintain required tolerances and surface finishes as per specifications Monitor machine performance and report issues to the maintenance engineering team Adhere to production schedules and meet daily weekly targets Follow safety standards and maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Record production data and maintain shift logs Key Skills Competencies Proficiency in operating Mazak Makino CNC machines Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls program loading editing Strong understanding of machining processes milling turning drilling etc Ability to read and interpret technical drawings GD T symbols Experience in using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools Basic troubleshooting skills for CNC machines and tools Attention to detail and focus on precision Qualifications Experience ITI Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in CNC machine operation Mazak Makino preferred Familiarity with Fanuc and Siemens programming environment is mandatory Job Type Full time Pay 16 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 01 08 2025 Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
