Job Title Physiotherapy Operation Manager Department Home Healthcare Clinical Operations Location Mumbai Job Type Full-Time - Immediate Requirement Job Summary The Physiotherapy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end delivery of in-home physiotherapy services This role ensures high-quality patient care efficient therapist scheduling geographical coverage planning and regulatory compliance The ideal candidate will have both clinical and operational experience with a strong ability to lead decentralized teams Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily scheduling and route optimization for physiotherapists delivering home visits Ensure timely patient service while minimizing travel inefficiencies and therapist fatigue Compliance Safety Enforce adherence to healthcare regulations documentation standards and patient safety guidelines Ensure staff follow proper hygiene and infection control practices during home visits Manage risk assessments for patient homes when necessary Handle escalated patient issues and feedback related to home services Coordinate post-treatment follow-ups and ensure continuity of care Track therapist utilization cancellations and treatment success rates Monitor geographic demand and recommend service area expansion as needed Report regularly on KPIs and suggest operational improvements Qualifications Master s degree in Physiotherapy - Required years of experience in physiotherapy operations with at least 2 years in home healthcare Experience with EMRs GPS scheduling platforms and CRM tools Strong organizational leadership and communication skills Key Performance Indicators KPIs Therapist utilization rate of productive hours Patient satisfaction NPS or CSAT Treatment completion outcome tracking Revenue per therapist per region First-visit-to-start-time speed of service delivery after onboarding Interested candidate can send me your resume to (phone hidden) Or call me at (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
