Be the primary point of contact for all software applications used across the company including ERP systems e g SAP Oracle Tally CAD CAM software and other specialized industry tools Provide training and ongoing support to employees on how to effectively use various software applications troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows Manage the entire lifecycle of software including procurement licensing installation configuration updates and retirement Liaise with department heads and users to understand their software needs and translate them into technical requirements Coordinate with software vendors for support upgrades and new feature implementations Work to ensure data consistency and integrity within various software systems particularly those integrated with manufacturing processes Oversee the installation configuration maintenance and reliable operation of our servers Windows and Linux workstations and other network devices This includes hardware operating systems and core IT services Configure and maintain network hardware and services including routers switches firewalls Wi-Fi DNS and DHCP ensuring secure and consistent connectivity for all operations Implement and manage robust security measures including firewalls antivirus and access controls You ll also be responsible for establishing and verifying data backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical manufacturing and business data Continuously monitor system performance and resource utilization proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or issues to ensure optimal system health and uptime Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related hardware and network issues encountered by employees Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of network configurations system processes and troubleshooting guides Perform regular system upgrades patches and routine preventative maintenance to ensure system stability security and peak performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 500 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Yearly bonus Experience IP networking 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
