Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Relationship Manager - Motor Insurance to manage and grow our motor insurance portfolio The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships driving motor insurance sales and providing excellent service to individual and corporate clients Key Responsibilities Generate leads and acquire current customers for motor insurance private commercial vehicles Manage relationships with individual customers auto dealers agents and brokers Achieve monthly quarterly targets for new business renewals and cross-sell Assist clients in selecting appropriate motor insurance policies based on their needs Ensure timely renewals and upsell additional coverage e g zero depreciation roadside assistance Coordinate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth customer experience Provide post-sales support and resolve queries or complaints Maintain MIS reports and update CRM tools regularly Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline insurance-related certifications e g IRDA License preferred 1-5 years of experience in motor insurance sales or relationship management Positive understanding of motor insurance products pricing and policy terms Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach with ability to handle objections Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Key Skills Motor insurance sales Customer relationship management Dealer agent network handling Cross-selling and upselling Policy servicing and renewals Strong communication interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
