Job Title Video Content Creator Shooter Editor Storyteller Location HSR Layout Bengaluru Type Full-time 5-day work week About the Role We re looking for a highly creative and self-driven Video Content Creator who doesn t just live on the edit timeline but thrives with a camera in hand You should be a complete visual storyteller someone who can write scripts storyboard ideas shoot high-quality footage and edit compelling videos for digital platforms If you write like a copywriter shoot like a filmmaker and edit like a pro we want to hear from you What You ll Do Conceptualize short-form and long-form video content from scratch based on briefs or campaign goals Write compelling scripts and shot plans with a solid understanding of narrative structure Storyboard and pitch your video concepts with clarity and vision Handle end-to-end video production including shooting on-site or in-studio Edit footage with attention to pacing sound and storytelling using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve Add motion graphics text overlays or animated elements to elevate production quality Work with internal teams marketing design to align content with brand voice and objectives Bring creative use of AI tools e g for subtitling script writing or post-enhancements into your workflow What You Must Bring 2-4 years of professional experience in video production shooting editing A strong portfolio showcasing scripted content short-form videos interviews or brand storytelling Prior experience working in D2C real estate or startup marketing environments with a clear understanding of how video content drives leads conversions and brand equity Ability to shoot independently with DSLR mirrorless or cinema cameras Sony Canon etc Comfortable with video lighting setups and on-location audio recording Strong command of editing software Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve Basic knowledge of color correction transitions B-roll use and royalty-free audio sourcing Experience with script writing idea development and storyboarding Familiarity with modern AI tools in the video production workflow a big plus Nice to Have Photography and still content creation skills Familiarity with YouTube optimization and short-form content for Reels Shorts Voiceover or basic sound design capabilities What We Offer A chance to own and shape our brand s video language from the ground up Creative freedom in visual storytelling Exposure to tech-forward creative workflows Competitive salary based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Application Question s Are you open to working with a remuneration in the range of 3 LPA to 8 LPA depending on your experience and suitability for the role Are you comfortable commuting to our office in HSR Layout on a daily basis Are you currently residing in Bangalore What is your current CTC This role requires immediate joining Would you be able to join immediately if selected If not please mention your current notice period How many years of experience do you have in video production shooting editing Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
