We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our clients organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to their websites This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for various clients to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize content accordingly Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the overall marketing strategy On-Page SEO Optimize website content including meta tags headers URLs and images to ensure it is search engine friendly Ensure the website s structure and code are optimized for search engines Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify SEO issues Off-Page SEO Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve the domain authority and credibility of clients websites Monitor and analyze backlink profiles identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Engage in outreach efforts to secure high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites Technical SEO Ensure websites are technically optimized for search engines including site speed mobile-friendliness and crawlability Work closely with web developers to implement necessary technical SEO improvements Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly Performance Tracking and Reporting Use SEO tools e g Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush to monitor analyze and report on website performance Track key metrics including traffic rankings and conversion rates and provide insights to improve performance Prepare regular SEO performance reports for clients highlighting successes and areas for improvement Continuous Learning and Improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends tools and best practices Participate in relevant training webinars and conferences to enhance SEO skills and knowledge Experiment with new SEO techniques and strategies to stay ahead of the competition Qualifications Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful SEO campaigns Strong understanding of SEO principles including on-page off-page and technical SEO Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations Strong communication skills with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience with content management systems CMS and familiarity with HTML CSS is a plus Bachelor s degree Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 900 75 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience SEO 2 years Required PPC Campaign Management 1 year Required total work 3 years Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
