Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Tamil Nadu for a Service Engineer The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting tasks providing field service support delivering technical assistance and conducting maintenance and repair The professional will prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical issues while collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards of service Qualifications Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and technical issues Hands-on experience in Field Service and Technical Support Proficiency in performing Maintenance Repair operations Strong Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to work independently and proactively in an in office environment Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred Previous experience in Excavators or similar industries is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
