We re Hiring Experienced Architect Location Calicut Company Marikar Interiors Experience Required 5-10 Years Marikar Interiors is looking for an experienced Architect to lead design development and execution for residential and commercial interior projects The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility technical knowledge and on-site coordination experience Role Overview The Architect will be responsible for conceptual design detailed drawings coordination with consultants and ensuring that projects are executed as per approved designs timelines and quality standards Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts layouts and design proposals Prepare detailed drawings plans sections elevations working drawings Coordinate with interior designers structural consultants MEP and vendors Review drawings and ensure design compliance during execution Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to site teams Handle client discussions presentations and design approvals Ensure projects meet functional aesthetic and budget requirements Manage revisions BOQs and design documentation Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations Required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution Robust knowledge of residential and commercial projects Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory knowledge of SketchUp Revit Lumion or similar tools preferred Good understanding of materials construction methods and detailing Experience in site coordination and vendor interaction Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work from home Work Location In person
