Position Senior Architect Reporting To Principal Architect Location Hubli Karnataka Studio-based role with site visits as required Experience Min 5 years as in architectural designing and project execution ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Architect will lead architectural design and project execution across residential commercial interior and urban projects The role involves design leadership client coordination team mentoring and ensuring timely high-quality delivery aligned with the firm s design philosophy KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Design Leadership Project Delivery Lead projects from concept design to execution and handover Prepare and review conceptual designs GFC drawings working drawings and specifications Ensure design intent quality and aesthetics are maintained throughout execution Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve design or execution challenges 2 Team Leadership Mentoring Manage and mentor junior architects designers and draftsmen Allocate work and ensure optimal resource utilization Review drawings and outputs for accuracy and quality 3 Client Consultant Coordination Act as the main point of contact for clients for design-related matters Present concepts design proposals and revisions to clients Coordinate with structural MEP landscape consultants contractors and authorities 4 Quality Compliance Documentation Ensure compliance with local building bylaws NBC and statutory requirements Oversee approval drawings and coordination with local authorities Maintain quality control standards across all project documentation 5 Process Improvement Innovation Implement best practices in design workflows and BIM tools Encourage sustainable and innovative design solutions Support leadership in improving internal systems and processes QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE B Arch or M Arch from a recognized institute 5 years of professional experience in architecture firms Robust knowledge of building codes approvals and construction practices Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp BIM tools Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
