Urgent Requirment for the post of MEP Engineer in Lucknow We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to manage MEP quantity surveying billing site execution planning and estimation costing for ongoing and upcoming projects in Lucknow The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems and positive proficiency in AutoCAD The MEP Engineer is responsible for planning designing coordinating and executing Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP systems at project sites The role includes supervision of installation works coordination with other disciplines ensuring quality safety and timely completion of projects Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and execute MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications Handling Quantity Surveying for MEP works BOQs measurements reconciliation Supervise installation of HVAC Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting and ELV systems Prepare and review shop drawings layouts and as-built drawings Site execution and supervision of MEP works as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with civil architectural and structural teams Estimation and costing for MEP works including material and labor analysis Ensure compliance with quality standards safety norms and statutory requirements Monitor site progress and prepare daily weekly progress reports Preparation and modification of MEP drawings in AutoCAD Assist in material planning procurement and vendor coordination Conduct inspections testing and commissioning of MEP systems Identify and resolve site technical issues Support billing quantity take-off and measurement verification Required Skills Knowledge Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices Ability to read and interpret drawings BOQs and specifications Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Good coordination and communication skills Problem-solving and site management abilities Experience 4-6 years of experience in MEP projects Residential Commercial Industrial Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
