We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor to join our team The successful candidate will oversee the plastic injection molding process ensuring efficient production high-quality output and adherence to safety standards If you have a solid background in injection molding operations and proven leadership abilities we want to hear from you Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of operators technicians and other staff involved in the injection molding process Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand and production targets Monitor production processes ensuring quality standards are met and troubleshooting any issues that arise Optimize the injection molding process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness implementing best practices and process improvements as needed Maintain and repair injection molding machines auxiliary equipment and tooling to ensure optimal performance Manage inventory levels of raw materials components and finished goods Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies conducting safety training and investigations as necessary Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce waste Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Rotational shift Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
