About UsAxium Global formerly XS CAD established in 2002 is a UK-based MEP M E and architectural design and BIM Information Technology Enabled Services ITES provider with an ISO 9001 2015 and ISO 27001 2022 certified Global Delivery Centre in Mumbai India With additional presence in the USA Australia and UAE our global reach allows us to provide services to customers with the added benefit of local knowledge and expertise Axium Global is established as one of the leading pre-construction planning services companies in the UK and India serving the building services MEP retail homebuilder architectural and construction sectors with high-quality MEP engineering design and BIM solutions This position involves working within the MEP Team at Axium Global s Delivery Centre in Andheri Mumbai or Pune The team consists of skilled professionals including BIM designers mechanical electrical and plumbing engineers with varied experience The BIM Designer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of electrical systems for various projects and will be working directly with leading MEP design consulting firms from the UK USA Australia and the UAE on flagship projects Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems including lighting power distribution fire alarm systems and other electrical components Collaborate with MEP teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems ensuring full interdisciplinary coordination and minimizing conflicts Produce construction documents shop drawings and specifications in accordance with industry standards and project requirements Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts before construction begins Work closely with project managers engineers and architects to understand project requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant codes regulations and quality standards Conduct reviews and revisions of models and documents as necessary Qualification and Experience Required BE BTech in electrical engineering Mechmical Engineering or a related field ITI NCTVT certified HVAC electrical plumbing draftsman with relevant experience Minimum 3 years of experience inMEP specific experience in BIM modelling Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 300 000 00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Application Question s Where do you stay What is your current CTC What is your expected salary How many years of experience do you have Work Location In person
