Project Role Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products both remote and onsite and for configured services running on various platforms operating within a defined operating model and processes Provide hardware software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas and for particular software solutions vendors brands Work includes L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshooting Must have skills VMware NSX-T Data Center Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues collaborating with team members and ensuring that all configured services operate smoothly across different platforms You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems both remotely and onsite while adhering to established operating models and processes Your role will also include implementing technology solutions at the operating system level across server and network areas ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the systems you support Roles Responsibilities - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement Professional Technical Skills - Must To Have Skills Proficiency in VMware NSX-T Data Center - Robust understanding of network virtualization and security concepts - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues - Familiarity with server and network infrastructure management - Ability to implement and manage software solutions across various platforms Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in VMware NSX-T Data Center - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
