We are seeking dedicated Machine Shop Supervisors to manage operations across different sections including Broach Ryman Shank Vibrator CNC and Machine Shop specifically focusing on the hand tools and spanner line Each supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production processes ensuring quality standards are met and driving operational efficiency within their respective section The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role with a strong understanding of machine operations tool handling and production management Each section requires a Supervisor with a B Tech or M Tech in Engineering as well as technical proficiency in the specific processes and equipment of their designated section Broach Reyman Shank Vibrator CNC or Machine Shop Supervisors will also be responsible for implementing safety protocols ensuring proper maintenance of equipment managing a team and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
