We are hiring for multiple locations within Punjab Ludhiana Zirakpur Moga Sangrur Regional office contact - (phone hidden) We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Sales Person with Office Admin and basic accounting experience to be the first point of contact at our yoga studio This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all clients while also supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio In addition to handling sales-related activities and achieving set monthly targets the candidate will also be responsible for managing front desk duties basic accounting and handling queries related to client enrolments and wellness program conversions Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth courtesy and professionalism Clearly communicate information about our yoga therapies classes and wellness programs Guide potential clients through the enrolment process and provide ongoing support to improve client retention Handle front desk operations including appointment scheduling managing inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the studio s software and database Actively promote studio services and membership packages to new and existing clients Take ownership of sales performance and work towards meeting monthly sales enrolment targets Collaborate with the internal team to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to studio growth Ensure the reception area remains clean organised and welcoming at all times Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation Skills Strong ability to build rapport and understand client wellness needs Basic proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with data entry and CRM or studio management software Basic Knowledge of accounting processing payments Good organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Self-motivated and target-driven approach to work Prior experience in Sales is must along Customer service front desk experience is a plus point Job Type Full time 9 hours Day shift only Work Location Punjab ludhiana moga south city sangrur zirakpur Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Type - INR 15k starting - Basic Pay Incentives Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Dugri Ludhiana Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Direct sales 1 year Required Work Location In person
