About Us Floreo is a child development and therapy organization that provides structured and personalized intervention services for children with developmental and learning needs Our services include Speech Therapy Occupational Therapy and Behavioural Therapy delivered through a multidisciplinary and ethical approach Floreo focuses on evidence-based practices family collaboration and long-term developmental outcomes for children Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to support our branding and marketing initiatives through high-quality graphic design and video editing The role involves creating engaging visual content for digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective communication materials Key Duties and Expectations Create designs for social media posters banners brochures and digital marketing materials Develop layouts visual concepts and branding assets as per brand guidelines Edit and enhance images including retouching and color correction Ensure design consistency across all platforms Video Editing Edit promotional videos reels and short-form content for digital platforms Add transitions subtitles background music and visual effects as required Organize and manage raw footage project files and final outputs Coordinate with the videography team to meet creative requirements Creative Collaboration Work closely with marketing content and operations teams Professional Standards Maintain quality accuracy and attention to detail in all creative work Adhere to timelines and internal processes Demonstrate professionalism discipline and reliability at work Understand creative briefs and deliver outputs within timelines Accept feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles Basic knowledge of social media formats and content requirements Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in graphic design and video editing roles Knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage Work Location Hilite Business park Pay 18 000 - 30 000 per month Job Type Permanent full-time Benefits Internet reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Paid time off Work Location In person
