Job Summary Billcut is looking for a creative and user-centric UI UX Designer to join our growing team The ideal candidate will design seamless intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences for our web and mobile platforms You will collaborate closely with product tech and marketing teams to shape user experiences that align with our brand and business goals Key Responsibilities Design user flows wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes Conduct user research and translate insights into user-focused designs Create clean up-to-date UI designs aligned with Billcut s brand identity Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback Maintain and enhance design systems and UI standards Stay updated with industry trends tools and best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Design HCI or a related field or equivalent experience Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar tools Strong understanding of UX principles usability and accessibility Experience with responsive and mobile-first design Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with design systems and component libraries Basic understanding of HTML CSS and developer handoff processes Familiarity with user research and usability testing tools Job Type Full-time Pay 120 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
