Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Engineer with hands-on experience in construction activities and a strong eye for finishing and quality The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress preparing accurate reports and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely and quality project execution Key Responsibilities Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for construction activities Track work completion vs project schedules and highlight deviations Maintain MIS reports related to manpower materials and productivity Coordinate with site engineers contractors and vendors to collect progress data Monitor finishing works to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications Assist in planning updates bar charts and schedule monitoring Support billing RA measurements and certifications with accurate data Identify delays quality issues and risks and report the same to management Prepare client and internal presentation reports as required Key Requirements Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 2-6 years of experience in construction projects Residential Commercial preferred Solid understanding of construction activities and finishing works Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word PowerPoint MS Project Primavera is a plus Good knowledge of quality standards and site execution Strong analytical coordination and communication skills Ability to work closely with site teams and meet reporting deadlines Preferred Skills Experience in real estate high-rise construction projects Exposure to project controls planning and reporting systems Attention to detail and strong documentation skills Why Join Us Opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects Exposure to project planning and management functions Growth opportunities within the project controls domain Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
