We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant CA to join our finance team at our Punjabi Bagh office The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of general accounting statutory compliance and hands-on experience in IPO-related documentation and compliance processes Key Responsibilities IPO Compliance Documentation Assist in preparing financial statements and disclosures required for IPO filings Ensure compliance with SEBI ROC and other regulatory bodies during the IPO process Coordinate with auditors merchant bankers legal advisors and consultants for IPO readiness Prepare and review documentation required for Due Diligence Maintain accurate and updated financial records for regulatory scrutiny General Accounting Finance Manage day-to-day accounting operations AP AR ledger bank reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure timely GST TDS and other statutory filings Handle internal and external audits Monitor cash flow budgeting and financial planning Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Skills Qualifications Chartered Accountant CA - Mandatory Experience in IPO compliance or involvement in any IPO project preferred Strong knowledge of Companies Act SEBI guidelines Ind-AS and taxation Proficiency in Tally Excel and accounting systems Excellent analytical and communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
