Retail Detailz is a leading design trading and exports company based in Mumbai India With a strong presence in the global market we specialize in Design Supply and Execution of Retail and Industrial projects As part of our continued growth and expansion plans we are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our finance department The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management This role reports directly to the Managing Director and involves leading a team of accounts professionals Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Planning and Analysis Develop and oversee the implementation of financial plans budgets and forecasts Conduct financial analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement Provide recommendations to senior management based on financial insights 2 Financial Reporting Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements 3 Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow and liquidity position forecasting cash requirements and optimizing cash management strategies Implement measures to minimize financial risks and maximize returns on investments 4 Budgeting and Cost Control Lead the budgeting process working closely with department heads to establish budget targets and monitor performance against budget Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability 5 Financial Risk Management Identify and assess financial risks including currency exchange risk interest rate risk and credit risk Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and financial stability 6 Tax Planning and Compliance Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations including GST income tax and customs duties Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities 7 Internal Controls and Audit Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommendations for process improvements 8 Treasury Management Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions Negotiate favorable terms for banking services loans and lines of credit Monitor and optimize investment portfolios to maximize returns while minimizing risks 9 Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals providing guidance coaching and training as needed Foster a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement within the finance department Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA CA or equivalent professional certification preferred - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards tax laws and regulatory requirements - Proven experience in financial planning analysis and reporting - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel - Experience with ERP systems and financial software Tally - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 200 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Application Question s What is your current and expected CTC If selected what is your notice period Rate your proficiency in Tally ERP on a scale of 1-10 Do you have experience with dealing with foreign exchange and Customs in an Import Exports related company Do you have experience with dealing with foreign exchange and Customs in an Import Exports related company Education Bachelor s Required Experience Finance 8 years Required total work 10 years Preferred Work Location In person
