We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and enrolled students in choosing the right academic programs The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills counselling experience and the ability to build trust with students and parents Key Responsibilities Counsel students on academic programs courses and career pathways Understand student needs and recommend suitable educational options Handle student inquiries via phone email and in-person meetings Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records Assist students with the admission and enrollment process Coordinate with academic and administrative teams Maintain accurate documentation and reports Participate in outreach activities seminars and events when required Required Skills Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and counselling abilities Ability to understand student aspirations and concerns Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools preferred Target-oriented and result-driven mindset Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline mandatory 1 year of experience in academic counselling education sales or student support preferred Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
