Job Title MIS cum Billing Executive Location S G Highway Ahmedabad Experience MIN 1 TO 3 YEAR Department BILLING AND DISPATCH Industry Pharmaceutical Job Summary We are looking for an MIS cum Billing Executive to manage data reporting analysis and billing processes efficiently The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills proficiency in MS Excel and experience handling invoicing reconciliation and reporting in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities MIS Management Information System Responsibilities Maintain and update MIS reports related to sales inventory and financial transactions Generate daily weekly and monthly reports for management review Analyze data to provide insights that support business decisions Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting Billing Invoicing Responsibilities Prepare and issue invoices to clients as per company policies Verify and process payments ensuring timely collection and reconciliation Maintain records of all billing transactions in the system Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with customers and internal teams Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or a related field 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting and billing preferably in the pharmaceutical sector Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Conditional Formatting Charts Formulas etc Knowledge of billing software accounting tools etc Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund
