Job Title Executive Chef - Product Development at Mr Johnny Care Services I Pvt Ltd Location Lucknow Uttar Pradesh Job Type Full-Time CTC Up to 1 00 000 per month based on experience expertise About the Role We are launching a new cafe concept in Lucknow with a strong focus on cutting-edge food products trending desserts pastries fusion cuisine and signature USP items We are looking for a senior sincere and passionate Executive Chef who will take complete ownership of product development recipe finalisation and SOP creation The chef will work closely with the founders to align the food with the brand vision and concept and ensure that all products are market-ready scalable and standardised Key Responsibilities Product Development R D Initial Phase 1-2 Months Understand the cafe vision concept and target market Conduct extensive hit-and-trial R D to develop Signature USP products Trending desserts pastries Fusion cafe food concepts Finalise taste texture presentation portion size and plating Create standardised replicable and scalable recipes Ensure products are commercially viable and cost-effective Finalise menu items after tastings and approvals SOP Creation Kitchen Structuring Develop detailed SOPs for Recipes and preparation methods Ingredient handling storage Food safety hygiene quality control Batch preparation and shelf-life standards Assist in kitchen workflow planning Recommend equipment tools and raw material specifications Prepare training guidelines for Sous Chef and kitchen team Quality Brand Ownership Act as the food quality and product guardian of the brand Ensure all finalised recipes are easy to execute by operations team Support smooth handover to Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager Maintain consistency in taste quality and presentation Guide periodic menu innovation when required Required Skills Expertise Proven experience as an Executive Chef Head Chef R D Chef Strong expertise in Pastries and desserts Trending cafe food Fusion cuisine USP-based product development Strong knowledge of Recipe standardisation SOP documentation Food costing yield control Personal Attributes We Are Looking For Sincere mature and passionate Takes ownership and accountability of deliverables Detail-oriented and patient during R D Professional mindset with long-term vision Team-oriented and process-driven Experience Qualification 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred Experience in cafes dessert brands boutique restaurants or product-driven kitchens is highly desirable Why Join Us Opportunity to build a cafe brand from scratch Creative freedom to develop signature and USP-driven products Leadership role in shaping the food identity of the brand Professional and quality-focused work environment Job Type Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
