The Senior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations ensuring work quality safety compliance manpower management and timely completion of project activities This role requires solid leadership technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers contractors and management Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities Ensure work is executed according to drawings specifications and project timelines Coordinate with engineers subcontractors and project managers for smooth execution Monitor manpower allocation daily productivity and progress at the site Inspect materials equipment and workmanship to maintain quality standards Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE regulations Prepare and submit daily site progress reports Identify and resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly Check measurements and assist in quantity verification for billing Ensure proper documentation of site activities and maintain site records Guide junior supervisors and workers to achieve work targets Required Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5-10 years of experience in site supervision construction infrastructure or similar projects Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety standards Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Proficiency in reporting and basic computer skills MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Cannanore Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
