Job Title Jr Sales Estimation Executive Department Sales Business Development Industry Control Panel Manufacturing LT HT Panels PCC MCC APFC PLC Panels etc Reporting To Sales Manager Business Head Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Generate new enquiries through clients consultants contractors and EPC companies Follow up on leads enquiries and quotations to convert them into orders Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners Understand customer requirements and propose suitable control panel solutions Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth Estimation Quotation Prepare technical and commercial estimates for control panels such as PCC MCC APFC PLC VFD panels etc Study tender documents BOQs specifications and drawings Coordinate with design purchase and production teams for accurate costing Prepare and submit quotations within stipulated timelines Analyze cost components including raw materials bought-out items labor overheads and margins Coordination Documentation Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications and negotiations Maintain records of enquiries quotations orders and follow-ups Assist in order finalization PO review and handover to execution team Support documentation related to tenders approvals and compliance Skills Competencies Knowledge of control panel components ACBs MCCBs contactors relays meters PLCs VFDs etc Basic understanding of electrical drawings and specifications Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel Word and email communication Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Customer-focused and result-oriented approach Educational Qualification Diploma BE B Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant field Experience 2-5 years of experience in sales and estimation for control panel manufacturing With strong electrical knowledge may also be considered Key Performance Indicators KPIs Number of enquiries converted into orders Accuracy of estimates and quotations Achievement of sales targets Customer satisfaction and repeat business Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
