Job Title Project Manager Reporting To General Manager Construction Qualification D C E B E Civil Age 30 - 35 years Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction from start to completion including RCC Finishing and MEP works Computer Knowledge Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel Other Specific Experience Experience in working on high-rise buildings will be an added advantage CTC Budget Up to 24 LPA Overall in-charge of residential projects consisting of one or multiple buildings Monitor RCC and finishing works through subordinate engineers and supervisors Oversee and coordinate work of various contractors and vendors Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site management standards Prepare and verify bills for project vendors and contractors Track project progress timelines and quality compliance Poojachaugule aspect global Job Type Full time Pay 2 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
