Supply Chain Management Executive - Semiconductor Industry Job Summary The Supply Chain Management Executive supports day-to-day supply chain operations for semiconductor products This role works closely with planning procurement manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure material availability accurate data management and timely execution of supply chain activities It is an ideal role for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in semiconductor supply chains Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Operations Support Assist in monitoring and planning for material availability Support production and supply planning activities based on demand forecasts Track purchase orders deliveries and material movement across the supply chain Update and maintain supply chain data in ERP MRP systems Procurement Supplier Coordination Support procurement activities such as RFQs purchase order creation and follow-ups with suppliers Coordinate with suppliers to track lead times delivery schedules and shipment status Assist in evaluating supplier performance metrics delivery quality responsiveness Inventory Management Help monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock Support cycle counts inventory reconciliation and reporting Assist in managing slow-moving or excess inventory under supervision Reporting Data Analysis Generate basic supply chain reports inventory status delivery performance forecast vs actual Analyze data to identify gaps or trends and escalate issues to senior team members Maintain accurate documentation and records Qualifications Education Any Graduates Diploma in Supply Chain Management- Preferred Experience 2-8years of experience in supply chain logistics procurement or operations Skills Competencies Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and manufacturing processes Interest in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments Working knowledge of ERP MRP systems SAP Oracle etc preferred Proficiency in MS Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP XLOOKUP preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and willingness to learn Key Performance Indicators KPIs Accuracy and timeliness of supply chain data and reports On-time follow-up of purchase orders and supplier commitments Reduction in material shortages and delivery delays Responsiveness to internal stakeholder requests Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Experience Supply chain management 4 years Required Work Location In person
