We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage and support the successful delivery of IT and software development projects The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in project coordination strong knowledge of IT processes and the ability to work closely with clients Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and with high quality Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end project activities for IT and software development projects Act as the primary point of contact between clients Project Managers internal teams and stakeholders Assist in project planning scheduling resource coordination and task assignment Monitor project timelines milestones deliverables and dependencies Gather analyze and document client requirements and ensure clarity across teams Identify project risks issues and dependencies and escalate proactively to the Project Manager Prepare detailed project reports status updates and documentation Ensure adherence to project management standards processes and quality guidelines Support and lead client meetings internal reviews and coordination sessions Mentor junior project coordinators and provide guidance when required Requirements Qualifications 1-2 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Robust experience working in IT companies or software development environments Educational background in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC Experience coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational time-management and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
