Summary As a SAP Ariba Consultant at Gainwell you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve a community s most vulnerable Connect your passion with purpose teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare s biggest challenges This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information PHI Personally Identifiable Information PII or any secured confidential client data Here are the details on this position Your role in our mission SAP Ariba Expertise Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes within SAP Ariba Ability to design configure and optimize Ariba workflows Expertise in sourcing contract management supplier management and procurement operations Experience with Ariba Network and integration with ERP systems Proven experience in managing parallel project implementations and production support activities ensuring timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests prioritization of work and adherence to SLA and ITSM processes SAP Fieldglass Proficiency Deep knowledge of contingent workforce management and services procurement Expertise in configuring Fieldglass for various procurement scenarios Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies Experience with Fieldglass integration and data migration Proven experience in managing parallel project implementations and production support activities ensuring timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests prioritization of work and adherence to SLA and ITSM processes Technical Configuration and Customization Proficient in SAP configuration including defining procurement processes supplier onboarding and catalog management Ability to customize SAP modules to meet specific business requirements Experience with SAP enhancement techniques such as user exits BAdIs and custom reports Integration and Data Migration Expertise in integrating SAP Ariba and Fieldglass with other SAP modules e g MM SD and third-party systems Experience with data migration tools and techniques including LSMW Legacy System Migration Workbench and BDC Batch Data Communication Reporting and Analytics Proficient in creating and managing procurement reports using SAP tools such as SAP BW Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights Project Management Solid project management skills including planning execution and monitoring Experience with SAP project methodologies such as ASAP and Activate Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations Problem-Solving and Innovation Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges Ability to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP GUI and Fiori applications Familiarity with SAP HANA and S 4HANA environments Basic understanding of ABAP and CIG programming for troubleshooting and enhancements What we re looking for Education Bachelor s Degree in one of the following Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations Management Commerce B Com Finance Information Technology Engineering any discipline with relevant SAP experience What you should expect in this role Opportunity to work remote
