About the Role We re on the lookout for a creative detail-oriented and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our marketing and branding team The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates their expertise in designing both digital and print media with a deep understanding of visual communication layout principles and branding consistency Key Responsibilities Design engaging and eye-catching social media graphics banners ads and visual content for multiple platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc Create impactful offline marketing materials including pamphlets brochures flyers standees posters hoardings etc Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and bring creative campaigns to life Maintain visual consistency across all designs in alignment with brand guidelines Develop design concepts graphics and layouts for internal communication presentations event collaterals and more Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when needed Work on branding initiatives like logo design packaging and corporate identity assets Take feedback constructively and revise designs to meet project goals Stay up to date with the latest design trends tools and technologies Requirements Bachelor s degree Minimum 1 year of hands-on design experience in both digital and print formats Expert-level proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign knowledge of Canva CorelDraw or Figma is a plus Strong portfolio that showcases your creativity versatility and professional design work Understanding of print processes and digital marketing design requirements Excellent time-management and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus Skills Preferred Motion graphics video editing or animation Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro UI UX design experience for websites or apps Basic knowledge of HTML CSS is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
