Maintenance Head - Post Printing Machinery Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head who can manage and oversee the complete maintenance operations of our post-printing machines ensuring maximum uptime efficiency and safety The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in printing and post-press equipment excellent leadership abilities and hands-on experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing or printing environment Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance department ensuring smooth functioning of all post-printing and finishing machines Develop and implement maintenance policies preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures specific to post-printing machinery Ensure timely troubleshooting repair and servicing of equipment such as laminators die-cutters folders gluers and other finishing systems Coordinate with production teams to plan and prioritize maintenance without affecting workflow Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Maintain inventory of spare parts tools and consumables related to printing and post-press equipment Manage maintenance budgets control expenses and ensure cost-effective operations Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards Lead train and mentor maintenance staff with a focus on technical skill development Prepare maintenance performance reports and recommend improvements for equipment reliability Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management preferably in printing or packaging industries Strong technical knowledge of post-printing and finishing machinery Proven experience in leading maintenance teams Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices Experience in budgeting and maintenance cost control Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with safety standards and factory compliance requirements Experience with CMMS software is an advantage Key Skills Expertise in post-printing machinery lamination die-cutting folding gluing UV coating etc Preventive predictive maintenance Troubleshooting and technical diagnostics Team leadership training Maintenance planning coordination Budgeting cost management Safety compliance Analytical and reporting skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
