The GET - Project Planning Monitoring will support the planning team in preparing project schedules tracking progress coordinating with various internal departments and assisting in the timely execution of renewable energy projects The role involves working closely with Engineering Procurement Logistics Quality and Site teams to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of all project-related activities Skills Competencies Strong analytical communication and coordination skills Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work in quick-paced environments Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities Proficient in Excel familiarity with MS Project Primavera is a plus Ability to read engineering drawings BOQs and manage timelines effectively Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Support Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using MS Project or Primavera Support in creating baseline schedules activity sequencing and resource allocation charts Coordinate with engineering procurement and site teams to collect updated progress data Help track project milestones risks and critical activities 2 Project Monitoring Reporting Maintain daily weekly and monthly progress trackers Assist in preparing project dashboards MIS reports and status presentations for management Update material delivery site progress and work-front availability reports Support the planning manager in analysing schedule deviations and preparing recovery action plans 3 Coordination Documentation Liaise with internal departments for timely data collection and update of planning records Coordinate with suppliers OEMs and logistics teams for dispatch tracking Maintain documentation related to permits approvals progress photographs drawings and inspection records Support site teams by sharing updated drawings schedules and dispatch plans 4 Procurement Material Tracking Assistance Update material delivery trackers for modules inverters structures cables and BOS items Help monitor PO status vendor timelines and follow up for schedules shared by procurement Highlight any expected delays to the planning team 5 Quality Compliance Support Coordinate with QA QC team for inspection updates and material acceptance reports Ensure documentation compliance as per safety and regulatory guidelines Key Performance Indicators KPIs Timeliness and accuracy of project data updates Quality of progress reports trackers and MIS submissions Effective coordination with internal teams and site teams Responsiveness and attention to detail Learning curve and improvement in understanding of EPC Contractor workflow Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
