Job Title Accounts Executive Industry Fabrication Manufacturing Department Accounts Finance Reporting To Accounts Manager Finance Head Gender Male Job Purpose To manage day-to-day accounting activities ensure accurate financial records support statutory compliance and control costs related to fabrication and manufacturing operations Candidate must have at least 3years of experience as a Accountant in manufacturing company Key Responsibilities Accounting Finance Maintain books of accounts including purchase sales cash bank and journal entries Handle accounts payable receivable Prepare bank reconciliation statements BRS Record job-wise project-wise costing for fabrication works Monitor material cost labour cost and overheads Assist in monthly quarterly and annual closing Billing Invoicing Track customer payments and follow up for outstanding receivables Verify vendor invoices with PO GRN and work completion details GST Statutory Compliance Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-2B reconciliation Maintain GST input credit records Support TDS compliance and returns Coordinate during audits and assessments Fabrication Manufacturing Specific Maintain job-wise cost sheets Track raw material consumption steel plates pipes electrodes etc Coordinate with production stores and purchase teams Verify subcontractor bills and labour charges Monitor WIP Work-in-Progress Payroll Expenses Assist in salary processing Maintain attendance overtime and contractor payments Record employee reimbursements and petty cash expenses Reporting Prepare MIS reports Job profitability Outstanding statements Expense summaries Cost variance reports Support management with financial data for decision-making Qualifications B Com M Com CA-Inter preferred 2-4 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing industry added advantage Only candidates with manufacturing industry experience should apply Skills Knowledge Robust knowledge of Tally ERP systems Working knowledge of GST TDS Understanding of manufacturing costing MS Excel proficiency Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to coordinate with multiple departments Preferred Experience Experience in steel fabrication engineering manufacturing units Exposure to job-work and subcontracting accounting Company Location Papanchathram near Queens land Poonamalle Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Experience total work 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
