Senior Pattern Master Pattern Cutter Western Wear - High Fashion Location Jaipur In-house Full-time About the Job We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master Pattern Cutter who is skilled in Western silhouettes good drape and high-quality garment finishing This role is very key for the fit shape and overall look of our garments You will work closely with the Founder and Design Team to turn designs into strong patterns with good balance comfort and premium finish This is a quality-focused role not mass production Main Responsibilities Make patterns for Western garments dresses tops trousers jackets long silhouettes o Create first patterns fitting patterns and final production patterns Ensure proper fit balance and garment movement Understand fabric behaviour and drape while cutting patternso Apply fabric-specific cutting techniques grain bias and placement to maintain correct fall and silhouette Attend fittings and make corrections quickly and accuratelyo Use dummy fitting and basic draping techniques where required to refine fit and balance Work closely with designers tailors and sampling teamso Maintain luxury-level quality and finishing standards Keep patterns clean labelled and well organisedo Support sampling and production timelines Guide tailors during fittings and sampling when requiredo Provide additional guidance on stitching construction and finishing methods during fittings and sampling when required Handle embroidered and engineered print placements accurately at the pattern stage Develop patterns for corseted and structured garments including paneling and fit control Skills Experience Required Minimum 7 years experience as a Pattern Master Pattern Cutter Strong knowledge of Western silhouettes modern fits and an eye for proportion balance and refinement expected in luxury and high-fashion garments o Good understanding of body measurements and garment structure oAbility to convert design ideas and designer sketches into clear workable patterns with appropriate fabric selection to enhance the final look and structure of the garment Strong knowledge of different fusing fabrics such as silk viscose linen and blends and their behaviour in cutting and drape Organized disciplined and punctual Comfortable working in a design studio environment with experience in couture made-to-measure or design-led garments Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
